Book Preview: "Black Swan"
Suffering from a broken marriage, Carol Langston meets Tristan McLaghlan at a Black Swan party. Black Swans are mortals who willingly barter blood for the sensual ecstasy and euphoria vampires give in return. To Carol, this looks like the real thing until her handsome vampire runs away from her and his true nature. Separated by miles, divided across two species, can their love survive?
REVIEW
Linda Nightingale, paranormal author par excellence, weaves tales of such intrigue and sensual beauty, I'm drawn into themes I would normally shy away from, meeting fascinating characters I will long remember. So exceptional is her writing, I'd happily read a grocery list penned by her hand.

EXCERPT
A knock at the door shattered the erotic, fire lit scene. Both vampires gazed expectantly at the door. Carol lifted her gaze and inhaled a gasp, her hand flying to her mouth. Across the room luminescent azure eyes held hers prisoner.
Tristan smiled, and every misbegotten desire that had plagued each misadventure dissolved. From the doorway arched above him, gargoyles leered accusations at her. She shifted away from Lucien, unconsciously leaning toward the man one step inside the door. She'd thought of Tristan everyday but had forgotten how he made her feel--pulse racing, hot all over--the way one felt in love. Damn if he didn't look as cool and as good as sin.
